Prices, substrates and coatings are subject to change without notice.

*Setup charge includes image capture, colour working the file, proofing, cleaning and archiving. A copy of the final digital file will be provided.

**When an Image Wrap (also called Gallery Wrap) is requested, the finished size of the stretched piece will be smaller than the printed image by the amounts shown below:
½” stretcher bar: 1 ¼” ¾" stretcher bar: 1 ¾"
1 ½" stretcher bar: 3 ¼” 2" stretcher bar: 4 ¼”

*** LYVE Canvas is a 19 MIL, 450GSM Matte Poly-cotton Inkjet Canvas.
Archival and Certified, OBA-Free.
Extensive independent testing by a UKAS accredited laboratory has concluded that the Lyve Canvas meets and exceeds the standards set forth by the Fine Art Trade Guild for pH and lightfastness. The Fine Art Trade Guild has established these standards in order to protect the interests of consumers. Consumers who follow the Blue Wool Testing and the Fine Art Trade Guild standards can be confident that the art and framing supplies they use are archival.

Miscellaneous Charges
Computer Time will be charged for the following services @ $75/hr, min $25
Additional colour work required due to stringent customer requirements
Colour work and alterations on customer-supplied digital files
Cleaning excessively dirty or damaged images
Re-touching images

Payment Terms
We accept Visa or Mastercard. Setup Charge is due at time of proof being approved.

Print Orders
Please allow 2-3 weeks for new images, and 5-7 working days for paper re-orders. For canvas re-orders allow 7-10 days.

Service Guarantee & Limitations
Creative Avenues guarantees the quality of our work. If we agree to proof an image and cannot proof it to your satisfaction due to our printing limitations, there will be no charge. If we inadvertently ship a flawed giclée, we will replace it at no charge, once we receive the flawed item back.

Substrates and inks vary slightly from batch to batch. We do our best to maintain the tone of the image close to that of the picked proof but cannot guarantee an exact match. Any reproofing required because of stringent customer requirements will be charged to the customer.

The constantly developing nature of our industry can result changes in equipment, media and inks. We do not charge for any re-proofing of digital images required due to such changes.
