Prices, substrates and coatings are subject to change without notice.

*Setup charge includes scanning, 3-4 proofs approx 6 x 8 inch or equivalent(& a strip for large images only), cleaning and archiving. If the image is upsized at a later date, it may have to be re-scanned and re-cleaned - additional charges will apply.

**To increase or decrease image to accommodate wrap add or deduct per the measurement below:
¾" stretcher bar: 1¾"
1 ½" stretcher bar: 3 ¼”

Miscellaneous Charges
Extra Computer Time will be charged for the following services @ $70/hr, minimum $17.50
Changing stored images in any way
Preparing mixed image print sheets including tag-ons
Preparing CD's for customers
Cleaning excessively dirty or damaged images
Re-touching images
Extra Proofing***
After initial setup(including changing reference after initial proofing) - $25.00 per 6 x 7+ inch proof on Epson Wide Format. Oversized proofs will be charged relative to the single sheet price for the substrate.
Proofing from clean digital files (contact us for digital file requirements)	$50 off Set Up
Converting images from Iris to Epson	$100/image
Replacement of selected proof if not returned for our files	$25.00/image
Courier and Freight Services	at cost

Please note that extra proofing charges will apply anytime the reference image is changed, i.e. switching from transparency to original or another photo after initial proofing is done.

Payment Terms
We accept Visa or Mastercard. Setup Charge is due at time of proof being selected. Print order amounts are due 50% at time of order and balance at shipment or pickup.

Print Orders
Please allow 4-5 weeks for new images, and 10 –14 days for canvas re-orders. For paper re-orders allow 7-10 days. Print orders are processed chronologically as received with adjustments to fit Creative Avenues in house job scheduling.

Service Guarantee & Limitations
Creative Avenues guarantees the quality of our work. If we agree to proof an image and cannot proof it to your satisfaction due to our printing limitations, there will be no charge. If we inadvertently ship a flawed giclée, we will replace it at no charge, once we receive the flawed item back.

Substrates and inks vary slightly from batch to batch. We do our best to maintain the tone of the image close to that of the picked proof but cannot guarantee an exact match. Any reproofing required because of stringent customer requirements will be charged to the customer.
